If you have unopened products or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 8 weeks from the date it arrives, and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
All refunds/returns must be approved by CBD Essence, and a Return Authorization (RA) must be provided. Any returned item must also include a reason for the return, the purchase order number, and the RA number to be enclosed with the returned item(s). Authorization must be acquired, and the authorization information, including the order number, and reason for the return, must be enclosed with the returned product.
If you’re not getting the results you want, it may be due to not using the CBD product(s) in the manner specified to accomplish the required result. It’s imperative to take products correctly and consistently for at least 14 days (not to say you won’t see results much sooner). Additionally, if you’re taking the oil, and not seeing the results. You may see much better results with another type of CBD delivery vehicle such as our Hemp Taffy or capsules and vice versa. We’re here to help, just call, email or chat us!
